The Ministry of Environment and Forestry together with other stakeholders including the public and private sector, civil society, UNEP, Denmark, Portugal, and Development Partners is organizing a side event in the context of the United Nations Ocean Conference to explain Kenya’s transition to a circular economy. This side event will be used as a platform to showcase progress made in policy and legislative development, best practices, and sharing success stories from business leaders. It will also be used as a platform to illuminate circular economy value chains and potential investment opportunities in which the Portuguese private sector could consider investing.
