The hospitality sector is critical in shaping the pace to transition to a circular economy in which plastics do not become waste. It’s time to rethink the process, material/product design, use, and reuse of plastics and move away from the linear economy model of take-make-use-waste to a circular one that keeps the material in use and out of the environment. This work can’t be done by a single organization!!
