This is an annual program bringing together employed and unemployed youth to share experiences in the workplace and at the same time be trained and empowered by solving modern day challenges at the workplace with guidance from experts in new generation thinking and
employee engagement.
Llyord Gitau was among the youth who shared their experiences in employment; sharing knowledge on youth inclusion and real time experience as a youth in employment at the same time showcasing SIBKenya as a good practice example in young talent employment.
