Utilize talent for business challenges

This is a call for urgent business solutions – guiding need based start-ups to ensure sustainable inclusive business development. Businesses have specific solutions, the SDGs need to be achieved and the gap between business and young talent needs to be bridged, hence the Sustainable Innovation Business Centre with the main purpose of providing an innovation and demonstration facility where public and private sector can work together to develop and demonstrate technologies for production, work on viable business models and implement concrete solutions. It is to fill the gap in the eco-innovation system in Kenya and boost business in Kenya. By boosting innovation the envisioned impact of this centre is sustainable economic growth, cost saving is industry, reduced environmental load, employment growth and improved livelihood of most vulnerable groups.

Great Minds Challenge

This is a Challenge program / training and coaching – Every one works on their own development and their development within their workspace. This is not focusing on starting a business but being a successful leader in your generation and workspace. This program focuses on growing a mind-set, developing leadership skills and being able to apply them in existing situation and with boosting your talent, you boost the business.

A2B (Academia To Business Program): The New Look Of Internships

Together with business & academia, develop a new outlook on Internships and position those ‘jobs’ as challenges. That way business can really benefit from student team (cause solving an issue), students really understand what’s going on in the real business world. Students learn to work with a team and the students and businesses benefit from having a Lecturer assisting with academia expertise and knowledge. HR will define key Mindset ingredients and will run through a program themselves and contribute to boosting a pool with ‘ready’ workforce to enter the business with the mindset that will boost the business. Train-the-Trainer Program

How do we support start-ups and entrepreneurs in the world today? Incubators and Labs, Hubs and Startup Centres host people with ideas and the energy for starting a business. Most of the time the Hubs do not have the toolbox to guide and provide the empowering ingredients to these companies. What do you need beyond an idea? What do you do? How do you work?

The HUB, Nairobi in collaboration with Sustainable Inclusive Business Kenya provide a program to Train the HUBS. That is good for them, Good for the entrepreneurs and Good for Business.

Grow Businesses By People Power: Business & Employees Engagement Programs

Employees’ engagement is often in East & Southern Africa an underrated ‘capital in business. Yet once the employees’ engagement goes up, the business blooms in various ways. What are we talking about? Health insurance, safe workplace, talent development, training, informing and including workforce in business strategy and approach, healthy lunch, nursing room, enabling factors to include women, diversity, (dis) abled, give space to workers voice and creativity. It leads to less staff turnover, reduces costs and sick leaves, and creates more innovative businesses, boost productivity because it leads to better work in general.
